Exchanges

We do not accept returns without prior communication

To resolve any concerns, write to us at admon@kalieth.com with the subject: “Return or Exchange.” It is important that you send us photos of the product and the purchase order. We will contact you within the next 2 business days.

The customer has a period of time to exchange the item, these must be returned unused and in perfect condition within 5 days from the date on which the carrier delivered the order to the address provided at the time of purchase. The shipping date that appears registered on the return guide must not exceed 5 business days from the date of initial receipt.

The cost of shipping and handling will be borne by the customer for any return or exchange that is not under warranty.

If the Exchange is made under warranty, Kalieth will assume the shipping costs, and the exchange will be shipped according to inventory availability and the same times will apply as for a regular delivery.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its condition and, based on the results, a new product will be sent to you or a coupon will be given to you for a new purchase.

In the event that your product does not meet the conditions for accepting the return, we will inform you by email of the reason why the exchange and/or warranty does not apply and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.

Once the product is received and has been validated, it will be subject to inventory availability at the time of the exchange. In the event of not having availability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase or you must wait for the manufacture of the piece.

Any discount applied for a required minimum purchase may not be applicable after the return or removal of the item from the order. For discounts that are applicable to a second and/or subsequent item, the discount will be revoked/reduced in the case of partial returns and the unreturned item will be charged at its original value for refund purposes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Only applies to online sales

In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer must exercise this right within the first 5 business days following the date on which the product was delivered. To return the product invoking the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which it was received, going to an authorized point of the carrier and using only the guide provided by the store.

If all the conditions mentioned are met, Kalieth will return to the consumer all the sums paid without making any discounts or retentions for any reason. To learn more about your right and the obligations that arise from it to exercise it, please consult the decree at www.sic.gov.co.

PAYMENT REVERSAL

The law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms and/or online sales, and a credit card, debit card or any other electronic means of payment has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when they are the subject of:

It corresponds to an unsolicited transaction.

You have not received the purchased product within the time reported in the delivery policy

The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested

If any of the above causes are met and to proceed with the payment reversal, within the following five (5) business days the consumer must return the product, when applicable, and notify the claim to the issuer of the electronic means of payment used to make the purchase, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.

Refund of money: Refunds will be processed through the original means of payment.

Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card. Partial refunds will be processed through electronic transfer.

Through electronic transfer, the process can take 5 to 7 business days. The refund to your credit card can take up to 30 business days, this time is estimated and is subject to the internal process of the bank issuing the card. KALIETH will not be responsible for deductions or withholdings of money for services that the financial institution may apply.

You must keep in mind that products on promotion or discount cannot be exchanged. In some cases, special conditions will apply that will depend on the dynamic or activity for which you are purchasing them.

After that, you will be asked to pay the amount of the refund.
